HEALTH CARE REIT

The Challenge:
Architects wanted to create an open work environment in line with the clean and simple brand of Healthcare REIT. The project was to introduce a design concept for future Healthcare facility build projects.

The Solution:
Property owners desired an open and healthy atmosphere in line with their corporate culture. It was also important to take advantage of the daylight from central sky-lit atrium while minimizing heat produced by the Tennessee midday sun. Architects used 3form Chroma in 1/2" gauge along with 3form Cable hardware to create modular translucent dividing walls. The Chroma successfully captured the abundant light and created a warm, colorful and inviting work atmosphere. The easy to install floating wall system emphasized REIT brand elements while allowing for changes over time. The team also used 3form Continuous Pattern Shapes to create an inspiring floating installation in the atrium. The 3form Shapes, installed directly in the expansive space, also served to shield workers and visitors from the heat and glare of midday sun.

The Result:
The sun-lit atrium is transformed into a functional workspace promoting health and well-being.
